We are building India's largest EV Solutions platform providing full-stack services encompassing charging infrastructure and electric vehicle (EV) sales through online & offline Multi-Brand Outlets (MBO). Currently, ElectricPe collaborates with top EV brands and operates through 26+ MBOs. Our market presence has secured a commendable 12% share of the electric two-wheeler market in Bangalore. Responsibilities :
● Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
● Generate performance reports to track trends and identify growth opportunities.
● Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
● Drive local campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
● Provide ongoing training to branch managers to enhance sales and operational skills.
● Foster a customer-focused, high-performance culture across teams.
● Review and address underperformance with actionable improvement plans.
● Act as a liaison between store managers and senior management.
● Conduct regular meetings to align store managers with company goals.
● Ensure consistent operational standards in customer service, inventory, and showroom
presentation.
● Resolve operational issues efficiently with branch managers.
● Stay updated on EV regulations and communicate changes to the team.
● Manage optimal inventory levels to meet demand and prevent overstocking.
● Coordinate with procurement teams to address supply chain challenges.
● Oversee the introduction of new EV models, accessories, and services.
● Train teams on new product features and benefits.
● Lead initiatives for customer loyalty and referral programs.
● Collaborate with marketing on territory-wide promotions and events.
● Localize campaigns with branch managers for maximum impact.
● Predict sales trends and prepare for future market demands.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in handling field sales teams, B2C and B2B sales, and operations.
- Proven track record in dealer acquisition and management.
- Strong network of dealers and distributors in the assigned geography.
- Preferably from startups, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel 10+ days per month across cities and rural markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in the local language is essential.
