Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Admission Manager to lead and manage the school's student admissions process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and school admissions, with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

The Admission Manager will play a crucial role in student enrollment, developing marketing strategies, conducting outreach campaigns, and ensuring a smooth admission journey for parents and students.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Management Studies (Marketing) or related field.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must be a proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Immediate joining preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire student admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive student enrollment targets.
  • Handle institutional tie-ups with preschools, coaching centers, and other educational entities for lead generation.
  • Plan and execute seminars, school events, and admission drives to increase school visibility.
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing for promotional campaigns.
  • Handle parent interactions, resolve queries, and guide them through the admission journey.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for seamless admissions-related coordination.
  • Train and lead the admission support team to ensure high performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on admissions data, lead conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Organize internal process trainings for improving team efficiency.
