Role & responsibilities :

Prospective Student Engagement:

Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and families through phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Provide detailed and accurate information about the schools curriculum, extracurricular activities, facilities, and culture.

Admission Process Management:

Assist families in understanding the schools admission criteria and procedures.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospective students in the admissions database.

Track and analyze admissions data to provide regular reports on trends, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Marketing and Outreach:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.

Participate in school fairs, open houses, and other outreach events to promote the school and attract prospective students.

Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and community organizations.

Customer Service and Relationship Management:

Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Follow up with applicants at each stage of the admissions process to ensure a positive experience and high conversion rates.

Foster strong relationships with current students and parents to support retention and word-of-mouth referrals.
