Job Description: Admission Counsellor (Part-time)- PGEMP
Position/Title: Admission Counsellor (Part-time)
Department: PGEMP
Reporting To: Senior Programme Associate
Important Note: This is a part-time opportunity which requires the candidate to be present in campus for 4 hours (as communicated by the reporting manager) in the second half of the day.
Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities include:
- Nurturing leads (through calls) received through the Marketing Campaigns.
- Follow-up on interested leads and Non-Contacts.
- Clear updates of all interactions on google sheets.
- Send email communications to interested leads received through direct emails/other platforms.
- Ability to deal with Senior Executives and guide throughout the application process.
Skill set required:
- Organized, meticulous, detail oriented and collaborative nature.
- Good lead nurturing and effectively following up with leads.
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Strong working knowledge in excel/google sheets.
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience, preferably in admission related activities
Skills/Capabilities required:
- Good co-ordination & interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication
- Meticulous
- Ability to grasp & work on ERP & other softwares
- Proficiency in MS-Office
