Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key EPC contractors, HVAC contractors, and nodal agencies in the water segment.
- Serve customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored technical solutions.
- Drive sales of LV/MV switchgear products through technical expertise and consultative selling.
- Manage and grow business with Power Discom customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
Functional Competencies:
- Deep understanding of the water subsegmentand HVAC segment, including STP, WTP, and irrigation systems.
- Proven experience in industrial automation, SCADA systems, and related technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of switchgear products and their applications.
- Ability to manage complex customer relationships and provide strategic solutions.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills– verbal and written.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- High level of work ethicand professional integrity.
Qualifications:
- Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience:
- 5 to 10 yearsof relevant experience in sales and technical roles within the water and HVAC segments.
