Job Description:

  • Sales Management:
  • Oversee ice cream sales operations in the city and surrounding regions.
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets as per company guidelines.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Distributor & Stock Management:
  • Appoint new Super Stockists and distributors while managing existing ones effectively.
  • Monitor stock management, ensuring adherence to company norms.
  • Manage claims, trade schemes, and payments for distributors within stipulated timeframes.
  • New Market Development:
  • Plan and execute new town openings to expand the market footprint.
  • Identify potential markets and create strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Sales Depot and Outlet Management:
  • Manage all sales depots, C&F agents, Super Stockists, and distributor networks.
  • Supervise and improve sales performance in company-owned outlets (TDC).
  • Team Leadership and Performance:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve desired results.
  • Monitor day-to-day performance against targets and take corrective actions.
  • Drive accountability and ownership within the team for achieving goals.
  • P&L Management:
  • Be responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the ice cream division in the assigned region.
  • Optimize costs while ensuring sales growth and profitability.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress vs. targets.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights on market trends, distributor performance, and sales achievements.

Job Specifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Ice Cream Sales & Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the geography of the assigned headquarters area.
  • Ability to strategize and implement sales initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in team management, distributor relationships, and P&L ownership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,300,000.00 per year
