Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set individual and team goals, and monitor performance through KPIs.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Sales Performance:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and manage sales processes to ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer programs.
Customer Experience:
Maintain a customer-first approach and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
Inventory & Pricing:
Collaborate with inventory and finance managers to maintain optimal vehicle inventory levels.
Assist in vehicle pricing and promotional strategies.
Reporting & Administration:
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with service, finance, and marketing departments to align dealership operations.
- Maintain relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and suppliers.
