Shift Timings
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Handle inbound leads and convert them into enrollments through effective follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term relationships with students & professionals.

Counselling: Provide guidance on courses, universities, and career opportunities.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet sales and enrollment targets.

CRM Management: Track leads and maintain accurate records.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.

Customer Support: Resolve queries with timely and impactful solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience: 1+ year in sales/counselling (EdTech preferred).

Communication: Excellent verbal & written English.

Skills: Strong client handling, persuasion & negotiation.

Tools: Comfortable with CRM & MS Office.

Mindset: Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable.
