As Busniess Development Manager - B2B Sales, your key responsibilities with us in the Domain of Automotive Spare Parts are:
- Generate new leads by reaching out to potential clients (Automotive OEM Dealer workshops), Spare Parts Retailers
- Lead and manage B2B sales operations, focusing on new client acquisition and retention.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring smooth handover and coordination with internal departments.
- Provide strategic inputs to management based on market trends and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of business development experience.
- In case of Tele sales experience candidate should have experience in managing team of callers or B2B Sales experience.
- Experience in B2B Sales would be preferable.
- Strong team handling skills with prior experience in managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and converting them into revenue.
- Should have Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
