About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic
Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B/B2C sales, building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
  • Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face meetings to understand customer requirements.
  • Present products/services and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle objections confidently.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel reporting.
