About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic
Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B/B2C sales, building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Present products/services and close sales to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle objections confidently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel reporting.
