Manager - Partnerships: Earth Focus Foundation

Role description :
As the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with HNIs, CSR Foundations, Philanthropic Foundations, nonprofits, and other key stakeholders. You will oversee grant management processes, including proposal creation and ongoing donor engagement. Your role will also involve representing the senior management at external meetings and collaborating with partners to secure additional resources for program expansion. .

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and build a pipeline of donors to support EFF's expansion for the next 5 years.

● Build, lead and maintain partnerships with HNIs, CSR Foundations, Philanthropic Foundations, Non profits and other relevant stakeholders.

● Create proposals and pitch decks for funders and other partners.

● Represent the senior management in external meetings, conferences, and workshops.

● Oversee impact monitoring and reporting with the program teams, including preparing progress reports and annual impact reports.

Qualifications:

● Graduate/Master's degree in Humanities, Sciences or a related field.

● 5-10 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, grant writing,

● Strong understanding of the social development sector, various stakeholders in the space, with the ability to build those relationships and partnerships.

● Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Mumbai ( quarterly visits to campus at Kanha )
