As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, executing and scaling marketing strategy and campaigns for evACAD. In this role, you will be driving the key efforts across market research, performance marketing campaigns, and organic growth. This position will report to the Head of Marketing and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a product marketing plan that brings the company's vision and business strategy into reality.
  • Lead a team of market analysts and marketing executives through setting up robust processes and performance assessment frameworks.
  • Develop promotional playbooks and strategies for new program launches.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including paid marketing over Google/Meta, email, and other channels.
  • Work closely with the Content Manager, UX Designer and the technical team to ensure top quality content for campaigns, landing pages and marketing collaterals is delivered on time.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for key campaign metrics and undertake timely adjustments to ensure campaign goals are met.
  • Experiment and implement new growth strategies across various channels especially through organic channels.
  • Represent the organization in relevant public and closed group events around India and initiate strategic partnerships.

Role Specifications & Required Skills:

  • Education
    : Degree in Commerce or Marketing. MBA in marketing or any specialization in performance marketing will be given higher preference.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of experience in a product marketing using organic as well as paid modes.
  • Skills:

Customer obsession.

Strong creative, written communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate the business & campaign objectives across the team and to external stakeholders clearly.

Deliver and promote high quality of work consistently.

Excellent prioritization, team alignment and project management skills.
