Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Trainee / Jr. Marketing Manager to join our team.

The role involves lead generation, client research, and digital promotion activities to support our business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate and maintain a database of qualified leads and client profiles.
  • Draft and schedule promotional posts and updates on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support outreach and communication activities with potential clients.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing, LinkedIn promotions, and lead generation
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn

Compensation Structure


1st Month (Training Period): ₹5,000 / month

2nd – 3rd Month: ₹10,000 / month

From 4th Month Onwards: ₹20,000 / month

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and rewards.
