About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of proven experience in driving corporate sales, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct industry research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, track performance, and present reports to senior management.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior sales executives to ensure team success.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to design customized solutions for clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
