Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Nagpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the agri sector, assessing their financial needs, and providing suitable financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, conducting financial assessments, processing loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to streamline the financing process and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in relationship management, client servicing, and customer engagement
  • Knowledge of agri-finance, financial assessments, and credit processing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client relationships effectively
  • Familiarity with the agri value chain and understanding of farming communities' financial needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the financial sector, particularly NBFCs or banks, is a plus
