Job summary :

We are hiring a Financial Relationship Manager for the Direct Vertical in Nagpur. The role involves managing client relationships, driving direct sales of financial and insurance products, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Drive sales through direct sourcing and cross-selling of financial and insurance products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.
  • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to company compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Financial Services / Insurance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with a customer-first approach.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
