Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling financial products, especially Personal and Business Loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard potential customers seeking Personal or Business Loans.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with backend and underwriting teams for loan processing and approvals.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and financial product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, calls, and conversions in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in selling financial products (Loans mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Personal and Business Loan processes and documentation.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
