Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The role involves managing day-to-day executive administrative functions, providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director, and facilitating efficient communication and coordination within the organization. Responsibilities include diary management, scheduling, follow-ups, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless operations at the executive level.

Qualifications

Team player and a go getter who would manage following functions

  • Information filtering and management (written/verbal)

  • Meeting preparations for executive

  • Calendar, Time management and project management (new initiatives)

  • Drafting and maintaining documentation

  • Achieve optimization in process related to managed functions

  • Relationship management with stakeholders (internal as well as external)

  • Strategic decision support

  • Manage certification process as required for the product category

  • Technical training to all stakeholders

Other Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal an d written), People management, Networking, flair for techno-commercial evaluation and able to liaise with stakeholders
