Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin – Housekeeping professional to oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all premises remain clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, while coordinating with housekeeping staff and vendors to meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping activities including cleaning, sanitization, and waste disposal.
  • Prepare and manage housekeeping duty rosters and shifts.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness across all areas including workspaces, restrooms, common areas, and guest/patient rooms (if applicable).
  • Ensure adequate stock and timely procurement of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping vendors or outsourced service providers.
  • Maintain records of housekeeping schedules, staff attendance, and vendor contracts.
  • Handle staff grievances, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage pest control services and waste management (including biomedical waste if in a hospital).
  • Support in facility management tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Facility Management / Administration (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision (preferably in hospitals, hotels, or corporate offices)
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working with outsourced housekeeping teams
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols (for hospitals)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
