Job Summary The Admin Manager will oversee and manage all administrative functions of the corporate office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient support services across departments. This includes facilities, vendor coordination, infrastructure management, statutory compliance, travel, procurement, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative operations and support functions of the office.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility management services to maintain safe and functional premises.
  • Administer vendor relationships, handling negotiation and coordination with service providers.
  • Monitor procurement, office supplies, and inventory control to optimise resources.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety norms.
    • Oversee employee travel, transport, and accommodation logistics.
  • Coordinate office infrastructure, maintenance, and IT support requirements.
  • Formulate and enforce office policies and standard procedures.
  • Track and manage administrative budgets and expenses; prepare MIS reports for leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams as needed.
  • Foster communication and collaboration across teams and departments. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in administration, facility, or office management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Expertise in office management, compliance, and vendor relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with administrative software/tools. Skills & Competencies
