Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are clean and ready.
Administrative Support
- Assist in daily administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support HR and other departments with basic administrative tasks.
- Manage staff attendance registers and perform basic data entries.
Office & Facilities Management
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure daily office cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor, maintain, and replenish office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and consumables.
- Manage stock usage, keep inventory reports updated, and coordinate with vendors.
- Raise purchase requests and place orders for required items.
- Assist with repairs, maintenance, and service requests for office equipment.
- Maintain and manage petty cash for day-to-day office expenses.
Other Responsibilities
- Handle booking of cabs, couriers, and travel arrangements when required.
- Support in organizing office events, meetings, and internal activities.
- Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
