Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier packages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are clean and ready.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in daily administrative and office coordination tasks.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support HR and other departments with basic administrative tasks.
  • Manage staff attendance registers and perform basic data entries.

Office & Facilities Management

  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure daily office cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Monitor, maintain, and replenish office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and consumables.
  • Manage stock usage, keep inventory reports updated, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Raise purchase requests and place orders for required items.
  • Assist with repairs, maintenance, and service requests for office equipment.
  • Maintain and manage petty cash for day-to-day office expenses.

Other Responsibilities

  • Handle booking of cabs, couriers, and travel arrangements when required.
  • Support in organizing office events, meetings, and internal activities.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
