Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and efficient Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our Head Office in Andheri. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees and will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company protocol.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Monitor and order office supplies for the front office.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security for front-desk related needs.
- Handle any queries or complaints from clients and visitors politely and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role (preferably in a corporate environment).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is a plus.)
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary:
- As per industry standards / Based on experience and qualifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
