Location- Andheri
Salary: Up to 25,000
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Time: 10 AM to 7 PM
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Front Office Executive / Receptionist to manage our front desk and support administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and efficiently handle day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors; handle phone calls and emails.
- Coordinate with clients and manage meeting schedules.
- Maintain visitor and call records.
- Manage courier dispatches and office documentation.
- Support administrative and operational functions.
- Assist seniors with back-office tasks and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the reception and office area remain clean and well-organized.
- Be proactive and eager to take on additional responsibilities for self-growth.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline or above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in front office or administrative roles.
- Good communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be disciplined, punctual, presentable, and well-organized.
