Qualification: Graduate
- Experience 1Yrs to 10yrs
- Skill Basic Account, admin, Filling, etc
- Role & Responsibility : Greetings & Welcoming Visitors Handling incoming calls, maintain in & out register. Handling office stationery requirements.
- Manage office documentation photocopying, scanning, printing, filing etc.Banking work including Cheque deposit, cash withdrawals, etc.
- A front office job to take care of inward, outward & meeting,courier etc.
- Preparing for employee's order,paper, DTDC,POST office shipping, arranging shipping documents.
- Travel & Ticketing Management : To make necessary Travel & Ticketing arrangements as required for official tours through external agencies and to make transport arrangements.
- To ensure quality service with efficient and effective management of available resources like Security guards, Drivers & Housekeeping.
- To ensure cleaning of office premises, repair and maintenance of office equipments, fittings & fixtures, appliances etc., and pest control.Monthly vendor bills checking and payment processing.
- Vendor handling vendors for Travel, Fuel, Housekeeping, security, electricity, office building, courier etc.Material indent raising, purchase and maintenance of Printing & Stationery.
- Asset list maintenance and Annual maintenance contract for required assets.Ensure safety of employees including first aid box.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
