Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Noida Sector 3

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Salary: Up to ₹25000 per month

Experience : Fresher or Min 6 months Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make inbound and outbound verification calls to customers.
  • Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and Video KYC processes.
  • Ensure all customer data is accurately verified and documented.
  • Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Use CRM software to document and manage customer interactions.
  • Provide a positive customer experience throughout the verification process.
  • Maintain a friendly and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Min 1 year of Experience or Fresher required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Positive and customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
