Key Responsibilities

  • Record Management: Maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and managing employee files.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting recruiters by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Documentation: Preparing HR documents, such as offer letters, employee handbooks, and compliance paperwork.
  • Employee Relations: Serving as a point of contact for employee questions and assisting with HR-related inquiries and grievances.
  • Benefits & Payroll: Providing support for payroll processing, benefits administration, and managing related employee data.
  • Policy Implementation: Helping to create, update, and communicate company policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting: Generating reports on HR metrics, such as attrition rates and performance, using HRIS.
  • HRIS Management: Utilizing and managing Human Resource Information Software (HRIS) to track and manage employee data and HR operations.

Skills and Qualities

  • Organization and Detail-Orientation: Essential for managing large amounts of information and paperwork accurately.
  • Discretion: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and people skills to interact effectively with employees and colleagues.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with computer systems, HRIS software, and general office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
