**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- **Project Management**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to executives.
- Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between executives and other staff or external partners.
- Draft and proofread correspondence and reports.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Manage office space and ensure it is organized and functional.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and other HR-related tasks.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and accommodations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
