Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
B2B Sales Executive
to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by building and nurturing relationships with B2B clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sales, relationship management, and the pet/FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients including distributors, retailers, pet shops, and clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Pitch Moe Puppy's premium product portfolio effectively to partners.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic account management and upselling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipelines.
  • Provide market feedback on competitor activities, customer needs, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • 0–5 years of experience in sales/business development (pet industry or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in client-facing discussions and negotiations.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for pets and understanding of the pet industry is a plus.
