Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales primarily through phone, email, and other digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospective clients to qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support lead generation campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹50,000.00 per month
