About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Inside Sales Specialist
with a strong background in
ERP sales
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and driving sales of ERP products and services through consultative engagement and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools.
- Understand client business needs and map them with ERP functionalities (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Tally, or other ERP systems).
- Conduct product demos and presentations in coordination with the technical/pre-sales team.
- Nurture and follow up on leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategy.
- Maintain accurate and updated data of prospects and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and pipeline goals.
- Provide feedback from prospects and clients to improve product and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Finance Heads, IT Managers, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in
inside sales or lead generation
for ERP software or IT solutions. - Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with B2B software sales cycles and SaaS models.
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
