Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing a pipeline of potential customers, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product solutions to help them achieve their home improvement goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and meeting sales targets are fundamental aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with diverse clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on meeting objectives
  • Previous experience in the home goods or decor industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
