Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Shiprocket, located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that Shiprocket provides to enhance their business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
