Role Description
As an Inside Sales Specialist at Yatra Online Ltd., you will play a critical role in managing incoming leads, qualifying them, and converting them into loyal, long-term customers. Your primary focus will be to onboard new clients onto the Yatra platform and drive business growth through exceptional customer service, strategic account management, and consistent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Engage with incoming leads, assess their needs, and qualify them to ensure they are a good fit for our platform.
- Client Onboarding: Effectively onboard clients by walking them through the platform, understanding their business requirements, and customizing solutions to meet their needs.
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Business Development: Actively look for opportunities to grow and expand business within existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and proposing relevant products and services.
- Customer Service & Retention: Provide top-tier customer service, building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and continued growth.
- Account Growth: Utilize analytical skills to track and measure account performance, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies for increasing business from your assigned clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience in travel domain would be a plus
