Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of technology and certification programs to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct outbound calls to understand potential customers' learning and career goals and recommend relevant programs.
  • Manage tasks, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  • Generate, nurture, and close leads to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide end-to-end customer support from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update calling/mailing databases for efficient outreach.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Complete a structured 7-day self-directed onboarding and training program before active sales engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–4 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or technical sales.
  • Good track record in revenue generation and achieving sales targets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, counseling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
  • Graduate degree mandatory.
