Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective export sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify, develop, and manage international customers and distributors for PVC Stabilizers, Alkyd Paint, Water-Based Paint.
  • Drive new business development by exploring untapped markets and industry segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key overseas clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to international customers.
  • Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, incoterms, shipping coordination, and trade compliance.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and quotations to maximize order conversion.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, pricing records, and customer databases in CRM.
  • Support in pricing strategy, cost negotiation, and payment follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and meetings to generate leads and expand market presence.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage export sales of chemicals, biochemicals, and pharmaceutical products to international customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-10 years of experience in export sales of chemicals, preferably in Paints, Coatings, or Inks industry..
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers at all levels.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
