Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales: Drive export sales for Denzour's Ayurvedic and herbal product lines to international buyers, distributors, and retailers.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Leverage existing contacts and build new relationships with overseas buyers, importers, and distributors.
- Export Documentation: Manage all export-related documentation for herbal products — product registrations, certificates of origin, COA, MSDS, phytosanitary or any regulatory paperwork specific to Ayurvedic/herbal exports.
- Market Research: Identify and analyze target markets, competition, and buyer behavior overseas to strategize market entry and product positioning.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute export sales strategies that align with the company's global growth goals.
- Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for export business.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, pay-terms, and contracts with international buyers; balance profitability and market competitiveness.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with production, quality assurance, R&D and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance of export orders.
- After-Sales Support: Follow up with international clients for feedback, returns, and reorders; manage relationship to ensure repeat business.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed export sales targets and contribute to the global revenue growth of herbal product lines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of proven experience in export sales or business development, specifically in Ayurvedic or herbal products.
- Strong network with overseas buyers, distributors, and importers in the wellness, herbal, or herbal supplement sector.
- Deep understanding of export documentation and regulatory compliance for herbal/Ayurvedic products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills — ability to assess market trends, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business development and client meetings.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a high-growth business environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per month
