Job Title: Export Manager - Dairy Segment (International Business Development)

Location: PAN India (with International Travel)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Manager to join our dynamic team in the dairy segment. The Export Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing export activities, managing international relationships, ensuring compliance with domestic and foreign regulations, and negotiating contracts. This role involves international travel to develop and maintain relationships with international dairy companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement export strategies to increase sales and revenue in the dairy segment.
  • Manage and coordinate all export sales activities and strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international partners and customers.
  • Ensure all export operations are in compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with international customers and suppliers.
  • Track and analyze export sales data and results.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Coordinate with customs agents for clearance of goods and keep track of customs duties and taxes.
  • Resolve issues and disputes related to export activities, including late shipments, damaged goods, and incorrect paperwork.
  • Forecast future market trends and incorporate them into the business strategy.
  • Document and maintain records of all export transactions and ensure accuracy in all company databases.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, shipping companies, and customs officials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in export or international trade management, preferably in the dairy segment.
  • Strong understanding of global trade regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency with export documentation and process management software.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and export management software.
