It serves as a lifeline for gig workers, enabling them to access the tools they need to thrive in their professions amidst the rapidly growing gig economy.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Branding and Partnerships professional. The role involves identifying, building, and maintaining strategic and impactful partnerships to enhance the company's visibility and market presence. Key responsibilities include developing and managing collaboration opportunities, establishing brand presence, engaging with potential partners, negotiating agreements, and contributing to the growth of Bounce Daily's network. The role requires a results-driven approach, creative problem-solving, and collaborative engagement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in building and managing Partnerships and developing Strategic Partnerships
  • Excellent Communication and Sales abilities, including interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating partnership opportunities and strategic decision-making
  • Previous experience in branding, business development, or related fields is a plus
  • Knowledge of the gig economy and mobility industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
