Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development & Management 
- Identify and onboard coaching centers and colleges for mutually beneficial 
partnerships.
- Develop structured partnership models (revenue-sharing, cross-selling, institutional
tie-ups).
- Negotiate terms, manage partner expectations, and ensure smooth execution. 
- Revenue Growth 
- Unlock cross-selling opportunities through existing partner networks. 
- Enable value-added services (test series, notes, online access, subject add-ons) within
partner ecosystems.
- Relationship Building 
- Maintain long-term relationships with coaching owners, institutional heads, and 
teachers.
- Act as the single point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and collaborations. 
- Execution & Monitoring 
- Work with internal teams to operationalize partnerships (content delivery, student 
onboarding, revenue tracking).
- Track performance metrics (registrations, conversions, revenue from partners). 
- Market Intelligence 
- Stay updated on trends in competitive exams and higher education. 
- Provide insights on partner needs, local ecosystems, and emerging opportunities.
Skill Set Requirements
- Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close B2B/institutional partnerships.
- Skilled at nurturing long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate performance of distribution channels, forecast revenue, and identify
growth levers.
- Structured in managing contracts, agreements, and performance reviews.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (Hindi & other regional language is a
plus).
- Comfort with working in dynamic environments where partner needs evolve quickly.
Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, B2B sales, business development, or institutional
relations.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder accounts or distribution channels.
- Experience in handling targets and revenue-linked outcomes.
- Familiarity with Marketing & CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage,
LeadSquared, etc. is a Plus.
- Experience with Ed-tech companies is Plus.
