Key Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Development & Management

  2. Identify and onboard coaching centers and colleges for mutually beneficial

partnerships.

  • Develop structured partnership models (revenue-sharing, cross-selling, institutional

tie-ups).

  • Negotiate terms, manage partner expectations, and ensure smooth execution.

  • Revenue Growth

  • Unlock cross-selling opportunities through existing partner networks.

  • Enable value-added services (test series, notes, online access, subject add-ons) within

partner ecosystems.

  1. Relationship Building

  2. Maintain long-term relationships with coaching owners, institutional heads, and

teachers.

  • Act as the single point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and collaborations.

  • Execution & Monitoring

  • Work with internal teams to operationalize partnerships (content delivery, student

onboarding, revenue tracking).

  • Track performance metrics (registrations, conversions, revenue from partners).

  • Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on trends in competitive exams and higher education.

  • Provide insights on partner needs, local ecosystems, and emerging opportunities.

Skill Set Requirements

  • Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close B2B/institutional partnerships.
  • Skilled at nurturing long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate performance of distribution channels, forecast revenue, and identify

growth levers.

  • Structured in managing contracts, agreements, and performance reviews.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (Hindi & other regional language is a

plus).

  • Comfort with working in dynamic environments where partner needs evolve quickly.

Experience Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, B2B sales, business development, or institutional

relations.

  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder accounts or distribution channels.
  • Experience in handling targets and revenue-linked outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Marketing & CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage,

LeadSquared, etc. is a Plus.

  • Experience with Ed-tech companies is Plus.
