Key responsibilities:


• Developing and implementing a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.


• Identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with potential and existing corporate partners.


• Creating compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to secure funding through CSR initiatives.


• Leading negotiations and finalizing agreements with corporate partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.


• Staying abreast of CSR trends, regulations, and best practices in India, and leveraging this knowledge to enhance fundraising efforts.


• Collaborating with internal teams (programs, finance, and communications) to design and implement impactful CSR projects and initiatives.


• Overseeing the management of CSR partnerships, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and effective communication.


• Monitoring and analyzing fundraising performance, tracking key metrics, and providing regular updates to senior management.


• Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand CSR outreach.

Qualification and Experience:


• Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, non-profit management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.


• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development in the non-profit sector in India.
