Our Social Impact assessments are fully aligned with The Companies Act 2013 and its amendments thereof, ISO 26000: Guidance on Social Responsibility, and the National Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct (NGRBC). Key Responsibilities

1. 
Awareness & Strategic Alignment

  • Build awareness with clients and stakeholders on the importance of evidence-based CSR and sustainability practices.
  • Translate CSR priorities into strategies and programs aligned with the Companies Act, MCA guidelines, and global sustainability frameworks (GRI, SDGs, IR).

Implementation Oversight & Monitoring

  • Manage end-to-end execution of Impact Assessment projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.

3. 
Impact Assessment & Learning

  • Lead rigorous assessments including baseline, midline, and endline studies with clear impact pathways, measurable indicators, and built-in mechanisms for assessment.
  • Apply advanced methodologies such as Social Return on Investment (SROI), cost-benefit analysis, and sector-specific evaluations to measure outcomes.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients and partners.

4. 
Reporting, Compliance & Knowledge Dissemination

  • Prepare robust, evidence-backed reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations.
  • Disseminate knowledge through case studies, insights, and best practices to strengthen industry-wide understanding of CSR impact.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sociology or Social Work or Development Studies, or related fields preferable.
  • Knowledge of
    CSR regulations in India (MCA guidelines, Companies Act)
    and global sustainability frameworks (GRI, IR, SDGs).
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, and PowerPoint.
