LAQSH Foundation is expanding its leadership team and is looking for a CSR Business Development Manager to drive corporate CSR partnerships and resource mobilization for youth development, skilling, livelihoods, and employability programs.
Who we're looking for
A seasoned CSR professional who:
Has 5–8+ years of experience in CSR fundraising / corporate partnerships
Has a proven track record of mobilising CSR funds from corporates
Understands Companies Act, 2013 – CSR & Schedule VII
Can confidently engage with CSR Heads, ESG & Sustainability teams
Has worked in skilling, livelihoods, education, or youth-focused programs
Role Highlights
Lead CSR lead generation, partnerships, and funding closures
Build and manage relationships with corporate CSR and foundations
Drive CSR proposals, MoUs, and sanction letters end-to-end
Work on high-impact, large-scale youth employability and livelihoods programs
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time (On-roll)
This role is not for agents or donation collectors. Only professionals with relevant CSR business development experience should apply.
