About the Role
We're seeking an accomplished
CSR Fundraising & Partnerships Leader
to spearhead our efforts in raising
CSR funds
and building
strategic alliances
with corporates, PSUs, Govts. and global foundations.

Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Fundraising & Strategy
- Lead
end-to-end CSR fundraising
, from prospecting and proposal creation to closure and stewardship. - Engage with
corporates, PSUs, Government and foundations
to secure CSR funding for skilling, livelihood, and employment-linked projects in IT / Blue collar areas. - Design and package
high-impact skilling projects
aligned with
Schedule VII, SDG goals, and ESG priorities
. - Develop
innovative CSR models
that integrate employability, entrepreneurship, and sustainability outcomes.
2. Corporate & Institutional Partnerships
- Build
multi-year strategic partnerships
with corporates and government bodies. - Facilitate
MoUs, due diligence, audits, and compliance
in coordination with internal teams. - Drive
joint branding, cause marketing, and visibility campaigns
with partners.
3. Business Development & Outreach
- Conduct
CSR landscape analysis
to identify emerging trends and underutilized budgets. - Map
corporate CSR spends, thematic focus, and regional priorities
to align proposals effectively. - Represent the organization at
CSR forums, industry chambers, and government platforms
. - Leverage
LinkedIn, digital networks, and CSR databases
to expand outreach and visibility.
4. Proposal Development & Impact Reporting
- Lead development of
concept notes, proposals, and donor decks
tailored to corporate objectives. - Collaborate with program, operations, and finance teams to design
impact-driven budgets and KPIs
. - Deliver
compelling donor reports, success stories, and social impact showcases
to stakeholders.
5. Communication & Advocacy
- Partner with marketing teams to design
CSR visibility campaigns
that amplify brand and impact. - Create
case studies, thought leadership articles, and presentations
to strengthen advocacy for skilling initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Proven track record in
raising CSR funds
for skilling, education, or livelihood projects.
· Strong network across
IT, manufacturing, BFSI, Govt and PSU sectors etc.

· Deep understanding of
CSR compliance, Schedule VII priorities, and SDG alignment
.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to conceptualise large-scale projects that
create measurable social and employment impact
.
