About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to head Career Advancement Services (CAS) and drive nationwide partnerships across the healthcare education sector.
The role focuses on building strategic alliances with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare institutions to facilitate student internships, placements, and industry integration.
This position is ideal for a professional who excels in business development, relationship management, and institutional partnerships, and is passionate about bridging the gap between education and employability in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of national-level alliances with hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare networks for internship and placement collaborations.
- Identify and formalize MOUs and long-term tie-ups with industry partners.
- Manage and guide regional partnership teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Work closely with academic and placement teams to align training programs with industry requirements.
- Represent the organization in industry events, forums, and conferences to strengthen visibility and network reach.
- Track partnership performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective delivery on agreed objectives.
- Conduct market research and identify new collaboration opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Marketing.
- 8–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, institutional alliances, or corporate relations within healthcare, education, or edtech sectors.
- Proven network and experience working with healthcare institutions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multi-regional teams.
- Willingness to travel across India for partnership development.
