As we expand our reach, we're looking for someone to build and lead our Affiliate & Partnership Network connecting HealthyChef with nutritionists, fitness coaches, and wellness professionals who believe in our vision.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliates and partner communities that drive consistent leads and brand visibility for HealthyChef.

You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design win-win partnerships, build strong relationships, and create scalable affiliate growth systems.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and onboard new affiliates - nutritionists, fitness coaches, gyms, specialty clinics, and wellness studios.


• Build and manage the affiliate program end-to-end — from onboarding to payout.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and accurate payout tracking.


• Maintain ongoing communication with affiliates through regular check-ins, updates, and campaigns.


• Create and distribute affiliate-friendly content and brand assets for easier referrals.


• Analyze and report affiliate performance metrics weekly and monthly.


• Organize quarterly affiliate meetups, webinars, or digital community events to strengthen partnerships.

Requirements


• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, influencer relations, or partnerships (preferably in health, wellness, or D2C space).


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Comfortable working across teams (marketing, sales, ops).


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.


• Self-driven, proactive, and based in Bengaluru (must be available for in-person meetings as required).


• Familiarity with CRM tools, affiliate tracking systems, and Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

Work Model


• Hybrid: Work from home with weekly team check-ins and in-person meetings as required.


• Monthly or quarterly in-person strategy and team sessions at our Bengaluru office.
