Key Responsibilities
Corporate & B2B Growth
- Drive corporate gifting and enterprise sales across segments
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with corporates & channel partners
- Acquire, nurture & grow large corporate accounts
Sales Ownership
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure
- Present tailored solutions & proposals for high-value clients
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, train & mentor inside and outbound sales teams
- Set measurable performance goals
- Build a high-energy team culture focused on results
Market Strategy
- Identify new verticals, opportunities & sectors
- Strengthen BoxUp's presence in corporate and B2B markets
- Work with brand & marketing teams for launch support
- Drive MIS reporting, forecasting & pipeline planning
Qualifications & Skills
•
Minimum 10+ years in corporate sales, B2B, gifting, luxury, FMCG or related industry
• Proven ability in handling corporate enterprise accounts
• Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
