Position Summary

The Corporate Alliance Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing, managing, and nurturing strategic alliances with corporate clients and key stakeholders. This role demands a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and collaborating across departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance alliance opportunities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business initiatives and partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of complex, high-value agreements ensuring alignment with client expectations and corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to design and deliver customized solutions addressing client requirements.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic joint ventures, partnerships, and alliance programs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, client satisfaction levels, and relevant market trends to inform strategy.
  • Organize and lead client presentations, meetings, and negotiations with senior-level executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in corporate sales, business development, or alliance management with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities coupled with a client-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
