Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and execution-driven individual for BD & Alliances to expand our institutional and community partnerships. This strategic role demands a strong mix of leadership, execution, and relationship-building to develop alliances across special needs schools, therapy centres, NGOs, wellness clinics, and corporates. You will drive the alliance function with full ownership of partner strategy, team leadership, on-ground execution, and revenue impact. Role is for a Baynine incubated company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Partnership Development

  • Drive business development and alliance strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and manage partnerships with schools, corporates, NGOs, and health centers.
  • Identify new verticals and design market entry plans.
  • Negotiate and close MOUs, contracts, and high-value collaborations.

Team & Operations Management

  • Lead and mentor the BD & Field Alliances team with defined KPIs and regular reviews.
  • Oversee on-ground execution, partner engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and high satisfaction across all partner channels.

Revenue & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Own revenue growth through institutional partnerships and channel activations.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for GTM alignment.
  • Use CRM and data insights to optimize conversions and partner performance.

Candidate Profile Must-Have:

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales (preferably in health, wellness, or EdTech sectors).
  • Proven track record of team leadership and managing end-to-end BD operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.

Nice-to-Have:

  • MBA or equivalent degree from Premium Institute
  • Experience in working with healthcare/insurance/CSR/education sectors.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and reporting frameworks.
