Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for securing sponsorship sales, managing sponsorship activations, and coordinating with potential sponsors. The role involves day-to-day tasks like negotiating deals, developing sales strategies, organizing events, and maintaining excellent communication with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Sponsorship Sales and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sponsorship Activation and Event Management skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the esports industry is a plus
  • Creativity and strategic thinking
