Luxury Sponsorship & Brand Partnership Manager (Freelance / Project Basis)

Duration: 1-2 Months | Project-Based

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Luxury Sponsorship & Brand Partnership Manager to lead sponsorship acquisition and build strategic collaborations with luxury and premium brands for the gala event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure brand sponsors and collaborators from categories such as jewelry, beauty, perfume, beverages, real estate, and lifestyle.
  • Develop sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership packages (with internal creative support).
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior marketing and PR representatives of luxury and premium brands.
  • Negotiate sponsorship terms and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Work closely with the Founder's office to ensure all brand alignments are in sync with Moguls of Luxury's positioning.
  • Manage sponsor deliverables and post-event relationship nurturing for future collaborations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury brand partnerships, event sponsorships, or marketing collaborations (fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality sector preferred).
  • Strong network or access within luxury PR, brand, and marketing circles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to represent the Moguls of Luxury ethos with sophistication and discretion.
  • Previous experience working with luxury or aspirational brands will be an added advantage.
